1 teaspoon per 5 gallons IN juice or must: 1000 grams contain: 240 g
diammonium phosphate (DAP), 747 g ammonium sulphate, 2 g thiamine, 1 g K
tartrate, 10 g bentonite. We would call this an energizer.
Multi nutrient recommended over DAP for fruit wines other than grapes. Enovit usage is 3 to 4 grams per 5 gallons. 3 grams = 1 teaspoon PER 5 gallons |
