PRESERVATIVE
Potassium Sorbate  2.75 to 3 oz  Due to density and concentration factors, the weight and price of our smaller container is subject to change.  Potassium Sorbate is a yeast growth inhibitor. It will not stop a fermentation that is in progress, but it will help keep a fermentation from re-starting.  MUST use with proper Potassium Metabisulfite levels.  $4.49

YEAST HULLS  ghost, dead cells, not really a nutrient, think of them as chairs for yeast to sit on while working.   Sometimes your unfinished wine can be too clear. 1 oz.  You could also rack onto the lees of another wine. out of stock
