Vinegar mother is not longer stocked.  Try using the mother in the bottom of your balsamic vinegar container.
YEAST HULLS  ghost, dead cells, not really a nutrient, think of them as chairs for yeast to sit on while working.   Sometimes your unfinished wine can be too clear. 1 oz $0.99
YEAST ENERGIZER AND NUTRIENTS
ENOVIT 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons IN juice or must: 1000 grams contain: 240 g diammonium phosphate (DAP), 747 g ammonium sulphate, 2 g thiamine, 1 g K tartrate, 10 g bentonite.  We would call this an energizer.  Multi nutrient recommended over DAP for fruit wines other than grapes.

     3 to 4 grams per 5 gallons.
     3 grams = 1 teaspoon PER 5 gallons
