If you send us your Email and/or postal address for the email list, news and
catalog or for technical assistance, be assured that we never rent nor sell our
customers' data to anyone. All information is held strictly confidential.
Add us to your white list, so you will get our replies and emails.
IF we
sell our business, our email and postal list will be included and taken over.
As always, you can opt out at any time.
Hard copy catalog mailing list: We try to keep our mailing list
current (manually) and send postal catalogs to customers who have purchased
within the last 2-3 years. If you do not get your catalog by Sept 1st of
any year, please request one! A request to UN-subscribe from the email
list does NOT automatically remove your name and address from our data base for
postal mail of our hard copy catalog. That is a separate program and
is updated manually.
We do not store credit card numbers other than
the last four digits.
We use to, but all those records have been shredded.
We never rent or sell our customers data to
anyone, unless we sell the business. If you give us your email address when placing an online order or
when communicating with us, we assume that we may communicate with you using

Return Policy
For all returns, please contact us, 607-292-3995 10-5 EST, for approval. You
may try to call evenings or weekends as well. Shipping cost for items
delivered and for its return will not be credited if any item is returned. We
do NOT save Credit Card numbers for credit returns and will need that
information at the time of the return. Thank you for your
business.
Puppy returns are expressed in a puppy sale contract.
We have all our products that we can ship in stock in our shop on Hyatt
Hill except the wine ingredient concentrate kits.
