Pa'tridge Run Farms is a small vineyard located in the Finger Lakes Region in central NY. We harvest our crop for the amateur winemaker as grapes and fresh pressed juice during the fall months
through Fall Bright. We do not stock concentrates on premise at the shop. However, we would like to be able to offer them for sale as a drop ship item. During the spring and summer, concentrates would
fill a nitch for juices. They can be blended with summer fruit wines or made as a stand alone wine. A box of wine concentrates is heavy with weights running from 25-40 pounds. They make a heavy item

come highly recommended by our suppliers. If you are just starting out with winemaking, wine concentrates offer an easy way to consistently make spectacular wines. They come with simple,
easy-to-follow directions that eliminate all of the guess-work and can easily be understood by the first-time winemaker. In most cases they also come with all of the additional ingredients that are
called for. These ingredients are pre-measured and ready for use. All the variables have been taken away, so mistakes are hard to make. Sugar (brix) and acids have been adjusted for excellent results.
