How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?

We will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours.  If there is any delay, we will contact you.

How are products delivered to me?

Our shipping is $7.99 (USPS priority mail) on most orders.  There may be an extra fee for heavy items.  Larger orders go Fed Ex and that shipping is $10.99 and will ship the next business day or within 48 hours.   Small orders ship by USPS priority mail.  If you want your small (size) order to be delivered by Fed Ex, please select it on the check out.  We do not ship UPS, sorry. 


If you want to pick up at the shop, but pay on the cart, select Pick up at the shop $0.00 shipping.  I am here Friday and Saturday November -late August and by arrangement.  Hours extend during harvest, September and October.

What is your refund or exchange policy? 

You can call us at (607) 368-3449 or email us at winemaking@fallbright.com.  You must return an item within 30 days.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of return.  A credit or refund will be issued after we receive the item.  Do call us first, I may not have you return the item. 

If you do not receive your order, please let us know ASAP!  Orders can NOT be tracked after 30 days.
