Spagnols Red Concentrate,
a generic miscellaneous red, 68 Brix, 500 ml: (a pint is 473 ml)
while supplies last then will go to a liter size. It can be added
to wine to increase color, flavor, & sweetness & does not
contain any stabilizers. The concentration is three times regular juice
& the Brix is 68. It can be added to wine any time during the
fermentation process but is usually used after fermentation is complete.
When used after fermentation has completed, potassium meta bisulfite
and stabilizer (potassium sorbate) will need to be added at label
recommended rates to the finished juice to inhibit re-fermentation.
(These products are NOT for making wine but for adding body and
sweetness to finished wine).
They do not require refrigeration but we refrigerate until we ship and
recommend refrigeration upon arrival.
