We have found a source for smaller barrels and are working on 10 and 15 gallon American Oak Barrels.  Please ask.  

     Handcrafted from American White Oak the barrel holds a bit more than 5 gallons (20 liters), black hoops.  All barrels have a medium toast and come with the stand, bung, and wooden spigot airlock and bung.

Five gallons is 18.9271 liters.  You will need to top up with 1.0729 liters of wine or 1 quart (32 ounces) plus 4 ounces.  If you use 750 ml bottles, that will be 1 1/2 bottles of wine to top up this barrel.  

Six gallons is 23 liters.  It may be better to call this barrel a 6 gallon barrel and not be able to fit it all in.  Button up that overage for topping.  Wine in small barrels doesn't take long.  Check for taste in 1-2 weeks!  

NOTE:  You must read barrel care.  A barrel that is cleaned with Barrel Kleen or Soda Ash must be rinsed with an acid (citric)  solution to neutralize the cleaning agents.
